The part that stuck with me is the "update the brain, not the draft" rule. That's actually a description of where judgment lives now, in the context files, not in the people doing the reviewing. Which raises the question nobody in this piece asks: who builds the next person capable of writing that context well? Right now it's someone who spent years doing the work by hand first, then generalized it. If the agents absorb the small reps before someone gets the chance to build that instinct, the org chart Armstrong describes still needs a reviewer in five years who doesn't exist yet. Impressive operating model. I'd want to see the plan for where the next generation of reviewers actually comes from.
