The Corner Partner Program

For Three Years, Only Companies With Big Budgets Could Work With Me. Today That Changes
Here’s the uncomfortable math of startup distribution…

Most seed companies spend their round discovering that building the product was the easy part. Getting the first thousand people to hear about it costs either eighteen months of founder-led posting or a budget you would rather spend on engineers.

I already have the audience. Brands like Lovable, Perplexity, Attio, Granola, Notion, HubSpot and Vanta pay me cash every month to reach it. With a small number of startups each year I take equity instead, so the money stays on your balance sheet and I end up holding the same instrument your investors hold.

What you are getting access to

▫️ LinkedIn, 340,000 followers. One of the largest tech creator accounts in Europe, with 150 million annual views, and a bigger following than Harry Stebbings of 20VC.

▫️ X, 12,000 followers. Smaller and sharper, read by the AI and venture crowd.

▫️ The AI Corner, 155,000 subscribers. For founders and operators shipping with AI.

▫️ The VC Corner, 145,000 subscribers. A top 5 Business newsletter globally on Substack, read by founders, operators and investors.

▫️ The Deep Dive format. A full article about one company: the story, the thesis, pieces of the deck, and why I put money in.

Around half of that audience sits in US and most of the rest in Europe.

Why brands keep renewing

Vanta and Notion have been running with me for two years. Attio for eighteen months. HubSpot for one year. Companies with performance teams and attribution dashboards renew these slots, which is the honest signal that the slots work.

What the Deep Dive actually is

A full article about your company, built the way an investment memo reads out loud: how the founders got here, what the product does for the people using it, the parts of the deck worth showing in public, and why I invested. Founders forward it to investors. That is the piece that tends to produce inbound.

How the equity works

The program amount is the investment. A $50,000 program means a $50,000 SAFE, on the same terms as your last round.

▫️ The SAFE converts at the terms of your most recent priced round or SAFE, so there is one set of terms to agree and nothing new to negotiate.

▫️ Signed before anything goes live, with every delivery date written into the agreement.

▫️ You keep approval on every piece of copy before it publishes.

▫️ I work with one company per category at a time, so your competitors stay out of the feed.

My upside is your upside. That is the whole point of taking paper instead of a wire.

One honest warning

Distribution multiplies whatever is already true about your product. If people love it, 300,000 subscribers find out fast. If the product is still rough, 300,000 subscribers find that out just as fast. Run this when you have something people come back to.

Who gets in

▫️ Pre-seed or seed. Series A companies can apply and the answer depends on fit.

▫️ Backed by a top-tier fund or accelerator: Y Combinator, a16z, Sequoia, Index, Accel, Seedcamp, Entrepreneur First, Speedinvest and the like.

▫️ A live product that people already use, because I write about things I can try myself.

▫️ Founders who will show up. The content performs when the founder is part of it.

I turn down most of what comes in. The audience trusts me because I only put my name on companies I would recommend to a friend who asked.

After you apply

  1. I read every application myself and you hear back either way, usually within a week.

  2. A 30-minute call to go through the product, the audience fit and which program makes sense.

  3. SAFE and calendar in writing, signed before work starts.

  4. First placement goes live, usually within two weeks of signing, and you see every draft first.

Apply

The application takes about five minutes. Bring your deck or memo link, what you have raised, your last valuation and the investors behind you.
